On Saturday afternoon it’s Watford vs Tottenham at Vicarage Road, in what could be a big game in the fight for Premier League survival and the race for the top-four.

WATFORD

The Hornets are just two points above the relegation zone. However, 18th place Burnley have two games in hand on the home team, so could move clear of Claudio Ranieri’s team if they win both matches.

A 4-1 home defeat by West Ham last time out means that Watford have lost seven of their last eight matches in the Premier League, which includes defeats in their last five matches in the English top-flight.

The Hornets have lost five of their last six home matches in the English top-flight while conceding at least two goals in six of their nine home league games this season.

TOTTENHAM

The team from north London have played themselves back into the race for the top-four in recent weeks. However, a 1-1 draw at Southampton last time out was a disappointing result considering that the Saints saw centre Mohammed Salisu dismissed in the first half.

The draw on the south coast at least continued Spurs recent unbeaten run in the Premier League under Antonio Conte, which now stands at seven games. The run has moved Tottenham to within five points of fourth-place Arsenal, who have played two extra games than their north London rivals.

Tottenham have found away wins tough to come by of late in the Premier League, as they have won just one of their last six games on their travels.

Watford could be without Ben Foster, Kiko Femenia, Danny Rose, Nicolas Nkoulou, Christian Kabasele, Ismaila Sarr, Tom Cleverley, Oghenekaro Peter Etebo and Kwadwo Baah.

Tottenham are once again without centre-back Cristian Romero through injury, while Giovani Lo Celso, Steven Bergwijn and Ryan Sessegnon are also fitness doubts.
