St Mirren host the side who finished 61 points ahead of them tomorrow night in the third game of the season. 

St Mirren

The Saints host last years champions on Wednesday night, in a game far more important for the away side. St Mirren stayed up by just six points last season and survival will once again be their main aim.

The two sides met three times last season, with Celtic coming away with nine points. St Mirren will be hoping to just not get beat this time. The Buddies got off to a great start beating Livingston in the opening game but were then beaten 3-0 by Rangers in the last one.

In both of St Mirren’s games this season, BTTS hasn’t come in. We can see this happening again tomorrow night, which is priced at 4/6.

Celtic

With just two draws all of last season, Neil Lennon’s side wouldn’t have expected one to come in the second game of the season. This has allowed Rangers to take a two-point lead on them already.

However, they will have put that behind them ow and will be looking to bounce back when they face St Mirren tomorrow. Last season they scored nine goals against St Mirren and will be confident of sticking a few past them tomorrow.

We are backing Celtic to come out tomorrow all guns blazing and put a few past The Saints. Over 3.5 goals is at 5/4 and even though this is a lot of goals, Celtic are definitely capable of doing this.
