Premier League Ones To Watch

Brewster Liverpool

The Premier League is full of young exciting players currently and were going to look at which are the main ones to watch!

It usually in the transfer window where clubs look to bring in new players to strengthen their squads. However, a lot of the time they could use their academy and get someone just as good for free!

It now appears more clubs are starting to do this as prices of players are rocketing. Were going to look at who we feel are the ones to look out for this season.

Rhian Brewster

The youngster is still yet to make his competitive debut for Liverpool but has a Champions League winners medal… This season Klopp has said he will feature a lot more this year for the club. He has started pre-season well with three goals already. Brewster has played a lot for England u17s averaging nearly a goal a game for them. He got 15 goals and 13 assists in all competitions last season and will be hoping to open his Premier League account this year. With Daniel Sturridge not at the club anymore could Brewster be the back up to Firmino?

Mason Greenwood

Greenwood made his competitive debut for Man United in the Champions League round of 16 against PSG. He scored his first goal for the club in the preseason this year and Solskjaer is said to be very impressed with him. There are rumours of him starting the game against Chelsea. He scored 31 times in the U18 Premier League last season and three times in the Premier League 2. Greenwood has shown he is both footed, scoring very impressive freekicks this season with his right and his left. With Solskjaer so impressed expect to see more of him this season.

Tahith Chong

If you don’t know him by his name you’ll know him by his massive hair! The Dutch winger has just been nominated for the Golden Boy awards along with big names such as De Ligt. He got nine goals in the Premier League 2 last season and got 19 goals and 12 assists in all competitions. Chong has been a handful in the preseason but has been playing mainly on the left-hand side, a position where United have a lot of players. His dribbling ability is fantastic and with United being in the Europa League we should expect to see more of him.

Reiss Nelson

The Arsenal youngster followed the path of his childhood friend Jadon Sancho and went to the Bundesliga last season. He was on loan at Hoffenheim and enjoyed a good season. He played 19 times in the league and score an impressive seven goals. Many Arsenal fans of big fans of Nelson and are excited to see him feature more this season hopefully. He has played for England in every age group from U16’s-21’s.

Mason Mount

Mount had a brilliant season last year at Derby and helped guide them to the Play-Off final. He got eight goals and five assists in the league under Frank Lampard as is teaming up with him again this season at Chelsea. There is no doubting the amount of ability Mount has and Lampard is a huge fan of his. He has just signed a new five-year contract at the club and with Chelsea having a transfer ban we can expect to see Mount in the starting XI a lot in the coming season.
