MARSEILLE

OM have made a solid start to their Ligue One campaign and currently sit in the final Champions League qualification berth in the French top-flight. Jorge Sampaoli’s team were unbeaten in the French top-flight this season until a surprise 3-2 home defeat by Lens in their last league outing.

Marseille are four games unbeaten on their travels in Ligue One, having recorded two wins and picked up two draws. Their recent away games in the league have been relatively low-scoring, with under 2.5 goals scored in four of their last five games.

Lille look set to be without Portuguese midfielder Renato Sanches and winger Jonathan Bamba due to injury. Marseille’s only likely absentee for the clash is midfielder Boubacar Kamara, who could miss out with a thigh issue.
