Premier League Top Scorer Odds 20/21

Mo Salah Golden Boot

The Premier League season is well underway BoyleSports have odds available on who will finish with the Golden Boot at the end of the 20/21 season!

With so many world-class goalscorers in the Premier League, getting an early price on them to win the Golden Boot is vital! We have been looking at the odds and think this season is going to be the closest yet.

The transfer window is now over and some big names have joined the Premier Leauge. Timo Werner has signed for Chelsea and Edinson Cavani has joined Man United. These are proven goal scorers, however, the way the season has started, it could be a surprise winner this year!

So far, this season has been full of goals and this could be due to there being no fans. Currently, there are 3.14 goals per game on average compared to last years 2.72

Last seasons winner was Jamie Vardy. He won with 23 goals and this was his first-ever Golden Boot. At the age of 33, who knows if he can retain it this season!

Premier League Top Scorer Odds (BoyleSports)

Harry Kane – 4/5

Kane’s last Golden Boot came in 16/17, he came close in 17/18 with a huge 30 goals but missed out to Salah with 32 goals. Since then, Kane’s seasons haven’t been the easiest, with injuries seeing him have lengthy spells on the sidelines. However, last season he still managed to get 18 goals and this was with missing nine games.

Kane looked out of the race for the Golden Boot only a month ago but a recent good run has got him to the top of the list, with 21 goals. He is Spurs’ main man and they all look to him to score the goals. Kane is capable of putting a run of games together where he scores a lot of goals, so don’t be surprised to see end up the season in the mid 20’s!

Mo Salah – EVS

The Egyptian winger has had just three seasons in the Premier League and already has two Golden Boots to his name. He is a consistent goal scorer and ended last season with 19 goals. This season, he is on 20 goals! On top of this, the Egyptian is the penalty taker for Liverpool and with VAR teams are getting a lot more penalties this season.

He plays in a very attacking Liverpool side who don’t sit on leads and look to score more and more. Liverpool have also lost the majority of their defence this season and are having to score more than usual. This is putting pressure on Salah to score more and he usually rises to pressure.

Bruno Fernandes – 28/1

The Portuguese midfielder is having another fantastic season at United as has 17 goals so far. He has been a bit quiet of late in front of goal and would need to recapture some of his earlier form if he was to have any chance of catch the two ahead of him.

Like Salah, Bruno takes penalties and has scored the most this season with seven. At 11/2 it is a good price considering how close he is and could take over them in just one game!

Dominic Calvert-Lewin – 50/1

The surprise package in the Premier League at the start of the season was Everton’s frontman. He started the season really well but recently has started to slow down in terms of goal scoring. He has 16 for the season and would have expected more by now after his start.

His form this season has seen Calvert-Lewin receive a call up to the England squad. The Everton striker has shown how consistent he can be when in good form. If Calvert-Lewin could have found some consistency in the second half of the season he would have been right up there and will fancy his chances next season.
