Crystal Palace vs Man United

Crystal Palace vs

It’s Crystal Palace vs Man United on Wednesday night with the action kicking off at 20:15. Both sides drew their last game and are at that point in the season where they need wins.

Palace drew with Fulham 0-0 in their last game. It was a game in which Zaha was still out with injury and showed how much they rely on the winger. They are 13th, ten points above the bottom three.

Crystal Palace’s form of late has been up and down, to say the least. In their last six games, they have won 3, drawn one and lost two. They will be safe this season we expect, but it’s not been a very impressive one so far.

Hodgson’s side are very reliant on Zaha and Eze at the moment and with only one of them fit at the moment it makes it a lot harder. That being said, United do make defensive errors and if they can get in behind then Palace could cause the opposition some problems.

Solskjaers side drew yet another game against one of the “Big Six” on Sunday. It finished 0-0 between them and Chelsea which wasn’t the best-attacking display from United.

The league is out of their reach now having dropped 12 points behind City now. United need to cement their place in the top four and they will do so by winning these games. They are currently six points clear of Chelsea in fifth.

The visitors will be the favourites for this one and look to dominate the ball far more than they did against Chelsea. Martial may return to the starting line up and we could see some other new faces with United going away to Man City Sunday.

Team News

Both sides are going into this game with crowded treatment rooms. Palace will be missing: Hennessy, Wickham, Ferguson, Schlupp, Sakho Zaha, McArthur, McCarthy and Tomkins.

Cavani and Pogba are both doubts for this game, but don’t seem to far away from a return.

Match Prediction

United have a much better squad and need to win this game. With no Zaha, it’s going to be even tough and we are backing the visitors to win.

Odds 4/9
