The summer transfer window is always busy with some of the worlds biggest players moving clubs. Here we're going to round up all the latest transfers and rumours from around the world!

Players go for ridiculous amounts of money in the current market. In 2017 PSG broke the transfer record when they signed Neymar from Barcelona for £198 million! Since then the value of every player has gone up and clubs are demanding bigger fees.

The transfer market is an exciting time for any football fan. It's a time when your club can sign that next big player who is going to take your side to the next step. We're going to look at those who have moved and the players who are rumoured to move.

Neymar – It looks like this one won't go away until the season starts! Barca's vice president has now come out and said that Neymar wants to re-join the club. It appears as though this will happen eventually, it's just how much Barca are going to have to pay. He cost PSG around €220 million in 2017 and they will want the same sort of money back whether it is cash or cash and a player! Neymar is also willing to take a pay cut apparently.

Wan-Bissaka – It is just a matter of time now before this deal is officially announced by Man United. It was reported that on Wednesday a deal was agreed between the two clubs. United have got their second signing of the summer for £45 million with £5 million in adds on dependant on appearances.  Somehow United also managed to keep their 25% sell on clause in Zaha's contract, something palace were keen to get rid of. Wan-Bissaka is Man United's fifth biggest signing in their history and will wear the number 29 shirt.

Torreira – The Uruguayan midfielder has only spent one season at Arsenal but is looking to leave already it seems. Apparently, he misses being in Italy and wants to go back. AC Milan is believed to be interested in taking him on loan for two seasons. They are offering £4.5 million for the loan deal and then after two seasons, they will buy him for around £25 million. Torreira's former manager Marco Giampolo is the new manager at AC Milan, making the move even more attractive.

Kovacic – He spent last season on loan at Chelsea but now looks like the deal could be made permanent. The Croatian will cost Chelsea around £45 million. Even though they have a ban, because he is currently at the club they can sign him. He was one of their better midfielders last season and they may as well sign him as they have money from the Hazard deal and also won't spend any more this summer.

Jack Clarke – The young Leeds winger had a promising first season in the Championship. He featured 22 times for Leeds in the league last year scoring two and getting two assists. Clarke showed glimpses of his potential and for a fee of £8.5 million, it's worth Spurs taking the risk. He will join a good Spurs side with lots of good players around him to develop his game. It hasn't been confirmed by the club yet but the medical has been completed as well as personal terms agreed.

Sep van der Berg – Not many have heard of the young Dutch centre-back but it is reported that Liverpool beat Barca and Bayern to his signature. This is Liverpool's first signing of this window and has cost £1.3 million which could rise to £4 million depending on appearances. He featured 13 times for PEC Zwolle last season. Liverpool has compared him to Joe Gomez when they signed him from Charlton.
