Lazio v AC Milan
BETTING & MATCH PREVIEW
On Sunday afternoon, Lazio host AC Milan at the Stadio Olimpico in Serie A, as the new-look visitors look to continue their good start to the season.
Simone Inzaghi’s home side have picked up four points from their first two games, with draws against new boys SPAL and at Chievo. In truth, Lazio failed to produce convincing performances in both league games so far.
The win over Chievo last time out was the home sides first in their last five Serie A games and they have suffered three defeats in the process. The team from the Italian capital have enjoyed mixed form on home soil in Serie A, winning just two of their last five home games in the Italian top-flight.
Their recent home games in Serie A have been high scoring, with over 2.5 goals scored in five of their last six outings in the Italian top-flight.
AC Milan have made a steady start to their Serie A campaign having spent big overhauling their playing squad in the summer. The Rossoneri have opened their Serie A campaign with victories over Crotone and Cagliari, while also making it to the group stages of the Europa League.
Last season away form was one of the visitors Achilles heels, as the Rossoneri have won just one of their last seven league games on their travels, but that one win was in their last away game at Crotone.
The home side are set to be without summer signing Nani and Brazilian midfielder Felipe Anderson through injury. The visitors could be without Italian international midfielder Giacomo Bonaventura. Croatia striker Nikola Kalinic may make his full debut for the Rossoneri.
