The January transfer window is always a tough but crucial one to get business done. Here we're going to round up all the latest transfers and rumours from around the world!

Players go for ridiculous amounts of money in the current market. In 2019 Man United broke the transfer record for a defender when they bought Harry Maguire for £80 million! Since then the value of every player has gone up and clubs are demanding bigger fees.

The transfer market is an exciting time for any football fan. It's a time when your club can sign that next big player who is going to take your side to the next step. We're going to look at those who have moved and the players who are rumoured to move.

Darren Randolph – The ex-West Ham goalkeeper is now back at The Hammers. They have had goalkeeping injury crisis' this season with Fabianski being out from early on. He then got injured again a few weeks ago and West Ham don't want to turn to Martinez who has had an awful year. Rudolph has joined them from Middlesbrough for a fee of £4 million. The last time he was at the club he was there for two seasons, 2105-17, and this time has signed a three and a half year contract.

Bruno Fernandes – It's rumoured that the Portuguese playmaker is on his way to Man United finally. They have struggled to break down teams that sit back and Fernandes could be the man to help beat these teams. This season he has eight goals and seven assists in 15 league games. He will apparently join for a fee of £50 million along with add ons but not until after the game against Benfica.

Gedson Fernandes – Another Portuguese footballer but this time he's confirmed to be coming to the Premier League. The 23-year-old midfielder joins Spurs on an 18-month loan from Benfica. There is also an option for Spurs to buy Fernandes at the end of the loan spell should it be successful. Ndombele was brought it last summer but he hasn't done so well under Mourinho and is struggling with injury.

Pepe Reina – The ex-Liverpool goalkeeper is back in the Premier League for the first time since 2014. Like West Ham, Aston Villa are struggling in the goalkeeper department. Their number one Tom Heaton is out for the season after sustaining knee ligament damage. Reina joins Aston Villa from AC Milan on loan until the end of the season. Villa will be hoping is experience from 285 games can help them stay in the Premier Leauge.

Christian Eriksen – The Danish midfielder has only six months left on his contract at Spurs. If he leaves now he can go for a fee but if they wait until the summer he will go for free. Inter's Sporting Director has recently been over to London to hold talks with Spurs. A fee of £8 million is being spoken about which would be a steal for Inter. The question stands though, is it worth them selling Eriksen or keeping him to try and get in the Champions League.
