Arsenal somehow now finds themselves with work to do to secure a top-four finish, after looking like title challengers for the majority of the campaign. The Gunners head into this game just five points ahead of fifth-place Manchester United, who have a game in-hand and face league leaders Leicester on Sunday.

Arsene Wenger’s side are seven matches unbeaten in the English top-flight, but four those games have resulted in draws. A victory against the Canaries would allow everybody connected with the club to breath slightly easier.

This game is even bigger for the visitors, as Alex Neil’s side dropped into the relegation zone last weekend. The side from Norfolk are only in the drop zone on goal difference, but their form has been poor of late. The Canaries have recorded just two wins in their last 16 outings in the top-flight.

A major factor in the Canaries being in the drop zone is their away form, as they have won just three of their last 28 games on their travels in the Premier League. They have also failed to find the net in five of their last six Premier League away games.

Arsenal have a fully-fit squad heading into this clash, as midfield duo Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Santi Cazorla have returned to training. However, neither is likely to feature, as the pair lack match fitness.

The Canaries are without Austrian defender Timm Klose and Norwegian midfielder Emmanuel Tettey, who have both been ruled out through injury.

Arsenal’s performances of late have been unconvincing, but the Gunners should have enough quality to see off the struggling Canaries.
